Incorrect product ordered.
-

Warranty & Remedy Policy
Secoh Australia provides warranty support through the supply of genuine manufacturer parts. As our products are professional-grade and fully serviceable, all sales are final.
We do not offer cash refunds, insurance claims, or full-unit replacements where a repair kit (such as a Chamber Block Kit) can restore the pump to full operational standards. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, the provision of these kits constitutes a remedy for a minor failure.
Warranty Periods
The following warranty periods apply from the date of purchase:
-
Secoh JDK-80 Air Pump (2-Year Warranty): Warranty is fulfilled via the provision of a complimentary JDK-80 Chamber Block Kit to repair the unit. We do not offer full pump replacements or refunds for component failure.
-
Secoh TKO-200 Air Pump (12-Month Warranty): Warranty is strictly conditional upon the installation of the Pressure Relief Valve (included with the pump).
- For standard mechanical failure, we provide a complimentary TKO-200 Chamber Block Kit.

Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
