Shipping Services
We utilise third-party transport and logistics providers to deliver products Australia-wide. Please note:
- Independent Providers: We are not a common carrier. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, the transit process is managed by the selected courier.
- External Delays: While we strive for prompt dispatch, delivery timelines are subject to courier availability, seasonal volumes, and environmental factors. Secoh Australia is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier networks, as these are beyond our direct control.
- Tracking & Updates: Customers are provided with a tracking number via email / SMS upon dispatch. To receive the most accurate, real-time updates, customers should monitor their tracking link and contact the courier directly for inquiries regarding the status of a delivery in progress.
- Proactive Ordering: To avoid stock shortages during periods of high courier volume, we recommend placing restock orders at least 7–10 days in advance of your requirements.
- Delivery Access: We reserve the right to refuse delivery where access is deemed unsafe or impractical by the carrier.
Risk And Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided in the order or collected by the customer, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Secoh Australia remains responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit prior to delivery in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, claims will be assessed in conjunction with the relevant carrier.
Delivery Access
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

Safe and adequate access for delivery vehicles.

Accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for delays or damage caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions or incorrect information provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to:

We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Failed Deliveries And Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
Where delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, missed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, re-delivery or return freight costs may be charged to the customer.
Freight Damage Or Loss
If goods are damaged or lost in transit:

Failure to report damage or loss within a reasonable timeframe may limit available remedies under carrier terms.

Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Secoh Australia is not liable for:

Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law. This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Trade & Credit Account Customers
Approved trade and credit account customers are subject to separate Terms and Conditions of Contract, which govern risk, delivery, payment terms and liability.
These terms are provided as part of the credit application process and apply in place of standard website terms.
